Elizabeth, or 'Liz' is an LMT in Louisville, Ky. She has been practicing massage therapy for 4 years. She has worked with chiropractors and in chiropractic offices for the past 6 years. She commonly works with and has a broad understanding of specific injuries and issues including headaches, sciatica, low back pain, knee pain, carpel tunnel, plantar fasciitis just to name a few. She does a lot of athletic work and sports massage with Crossfitters, Powerlifters, and Body Builders. Her client base ranges from newborns to the geriatric population. (Everyone needs massage in their life!)

Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family. Some of her favorite things to do include reading, spending time outside whether its walking, hiking or just enjoying sunshine! She loves being active, working out and weightlifting."
